During your Wheel throwing class
Start of class
Choose a preference of brown or white clay when you arrive at the studio- But be warned, we will be getting dirty and the brown clay might stain light colored clothing. Aprons will be available, however if you want to wear something nice you might want to choose white clay.
Be prepared to tie back long hair and please do not wear loose or billowy clothing. You’ll also want to remove any jewelry on your hands and arms and take into consideration that throwing on the wheel will be very difficult with long fingernails!
All classes are private- There will be no second person in your class unless you choose to bring someone.
Location
The ceramics studio is located in the back patio of the retail store Asch Building. You can enter the building through the Market, where you will go to the back of the room and exit out of the back door. From here you make a right, then follow the pathway to find the back patio. The ceramics studio will be the first door on your right.

Feel free to bring your favorite beer or wine- Just no hard liquor. Asch Building also has a fabulous selection of delicious, all natural wine, beer, cider, and non alcoholic options if you want to arrive a little early and grab something to enjoy during your class!
